Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and UAE public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

We offer fast and reliable delivery across the United Arab Emirates.

International Shipping
We currently ship to selected international destinations. Delivery times vary based on the destination country and carrier services.

Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For all international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
Delivery Delays

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Once an order is handed over to the carrier, the-kid.co is not responsible for:
- Lost packages
- Stolen packages
- Packages damaged during transit
However, if your shipment is significantly delayed or missing, please contact us at selin@the-kid.co, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier when possible.
